Added Read User Password for keypad phones in DIAG Mode without Data Loss.

Important Notice :

• Many SPRD (unisoc) Phones have now signed loaders like for MTK.
• So many phones with same CPU, will not accept loader from other CPU.
• Fast solution is to make custom loader or test for compatibility loader from other phone with same CPU.
• We will continue to update our loader database, but user help also need.
