Repair " Chip is Damaged " feature UPDATED

1. Released "Backup chip data..." feature that allows to backup sensitive information from devices, it will be used for Repair “Chip is Damaged” issue on Huawei/Honor devices.
• Share and use shared “Chip data files”
• Use Chip data files from phones based on other platforms.
• List of platforms: Kirin 710 / 710A / 810 / 820 / 980 / 985 / 990 / 990 5G
2. Repair "Chip is damaged" feature for the devices based on HiSilicon Kirin 710 / 810 / 820 / 970 / 980 / 985 / 990 / 990E / 990 5G is reorganized and greatly improved.
• During Repair "Chip is damaged" operation, Smart-Clip2 Software will ask for Chip data file, that was previously read from the working device
